ED all set to seize Vijay Mallya, Nirav Modi's assets

The Enforcement Directorate is swiftly moving to confiscate properties of Vijay Mallya, Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi. The ED decided to approach the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court to seek that they be declared ‘fugitives' who had defied arrest warrants to stay abroad. Mallya's assets, worth Rs 9,000 crore, have been provisionally attached under PMLA.
