2007 Mecca Masjid blasts: All accused acquitted

A special NIA court on Monday acquitted all five accused, including Swami Aseemanand in the 2007 Mecca Masjid blasts case due to lack of clinching evidence. The blasts killed nine people and wounded 58. A total of 10 persons allegedly belonging to right-wing organisations were named as the accused in the case.  Around 226 witnesses were examined during the trial.

Airtel might soon offer a free Netflix subscription to users of its Airtel TV app. The telecom company is reportedly in talks with Netflix to bring its content catalogue on the Airtel TV app. Airtel already provides users a free subscription to Amazon Prime and it has recently also partnered with Hotstar to broaden the scope of content on the app.

Rajinikanth's 'Kaala' to hit the theatres this June?

Rajnikanth's upcoming Tamil gangster movie 'Kaala' will release on June 7. Previously, the movie was slated for an April 27 release. The movie is produced by his son-in-law, Dhanush who took to Twitter to announce the date. 'Kaala' is Rajinikanth's second collaboration with director Ranjith. Huma Qureshi, Nana Patekar and Anjali Patil are also featuring in the film.
