After Assam, now man lynched in WB on suspicion of being child lifter

A mob thrashed a man on suspicion of being a child lifter, at Bulbulchandi in Malda district. The 35-year-old man was tied to a post and thrashed yesterday by the mob over his involvement in kidnapping of children for organ harvesting. 3 people have been detained. This comes after a similar incident in Assam, where two men were beaten to death, shook the nation.

Satyendra Jain’s health deteriorates

Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain, who has been on a hunger strike since Tuesday over the AAP government's standoff with Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal, has been hospitalised for his deteriorating health condition, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted late on Sunday.

"Satyender Jain shifted to hospital due to his deteriorating health," Kejriwal tweeted.
