Flooding caused by torrential rain overnight has left at least 15 dead in Abidjan, Ivory Coast's economic capital. Interior Minister Sidiki Diakite said today that, rain poured down from 11pm last night to 6am today, causing flash floods up to 2.5 metres deep. Around 115 people have been rescued so far. Searches are underway for other casualties.
