In a report supposedly accessed by the PTI, the ICC has come up with a SWOT Analysis of "18 threats" that poses a problem for international cricket. Among those threats is the possibility of the creation of a break-away rebel governing body under a cricket administrator who is currently banned. Another threat is the T10 format, which might attract audience.
