Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite leaked online, could cost less than Rs 10,000

The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite will be the next budget smartphone from Xiaomi, which has been leaked online before the official launch. The smartphone is running on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Octa-core chipset, 3/4 GB of RAM and 32 or 64 GB storage with Android 8.1 oreo stock OS and a 5.84-inch display with a notch. The smartphone will have a dual camera setup at the back.

With an aim to support cross-border startups, Blume Ventures has tied up with Emergent Ventures and Benhamou Global Ventures, both based in the United States. The three will jointly launch an accelerator-cum-fund named Arka Venture Labs. Tamil Nadu govt orders release of water from Mettur dam from July 19

In a major relief for farmers of the Cauvery delta region, the Tamil Nadu government ordered the release of water from the Mettur Dam from July 19. The storage level in the dam has touched almost 90 feet. The full storage level of the reservoir is 120 feet. CM K Palaniswami held discussions with his deputy O Panneerselvam in this regard.

The Sensex today ended at 36,323, down 217.86 points. Nifty ended at 10,936, down 82.05 points. About 554 shares advanced, against a decline of 2,042 shares, while 178 shares were unchanged. Infosys, NTPC, and Tech Mahindra are the top gainers, while Tata Steel, Sun Pharma, and Dr Reddy's Laboratories have lost the most. Shares of Jet Airways touched 52-week low.
