Bangalore-based EV startup Ather Energy has released the first teaser of its upcoming EL-platform-based affordable scooter. The short clip shared by Ather Energy on its socials gives us our first glimpses at the Ather EL ahead of its reveal on August 30 at the firm's Community Day 2025 event.The teaser for the Ather EL starts with Ather talking about how its current lineup of the 450 series and Rizta share the same platform and that it is now building a new one. This new platform, dubbed "EL", which the firm claims is highly scalable and cost-effective.
