Ïndia's largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki, has issued a voluntary recall for 39,506 units of the Grand Vitara after detecting a potential fault in the fuel-level indicator and warning light inside the instrument cluster. The recalled Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara SUVs were manufactured between 9 December 2024 and 29 April 2025.

Japanese carmaker Toyota has revised prices on the entire Fortuner SUV lineup, the second hike this year after a round of increases in January.
