Maruti Suzuki Sales Rise 3% YoY in September

India's largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki registered total sales of 189,665 units in September 2025. Maruti's sales were up 3% year-over-year (+4,938 units) compared with the 184,727 units sold in September 2024. Domestic passenger vehicle sales stood at 132,820 units, down 8% (-12,142 units) from the 144,962 units recorded during the same month last year. In the mini segment, which includes the Alto and S-Presso, Maruti posted 7,208 units, lower by 30% (-3,155 units) compared to 10,363 units a year earlier.
