Xpeng eVTOLs Collide — First Flying Car Crash?

Two of Xpeng's flying car-style autonomous aircraft collided during a rehearsal flight in Changchun, Jilin Province. This is the first reported crash involving the company's eVTOL program and may well be the first crash between two eVTOL/flying cars.The two aircraft are foldable electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) models developed to pair with Xpeng's six-wheeled Land Aircraft Carrier. Each unit comes with six rotors, folding arms, and the ability to fly in both manual and autonomous control modes.
