Delhi Metro to begin services at 6 am during Raksha Bandhan

Delhi Metro has decided to run extra trips nearly 600 on Saturday and Sunday (August 25-26) on the eve of Raksha Bandhan. The announcement came following high ridership during that period. Those metro lines where the services begin from 8 AM onward will start early at 6 AM on these two days. In 2012, over 22 lakh passengers travelled on a day before Rakhi by metro.

The accused, who won a gold medal in Judo in Junior National, twice in School National and once in Federation Cup at National Level, is a resident of Bhiwani, Haryana, they said.
