Short stay homes for children in need to be set up in Railways premises

Short stay homes will be set up by the railways at stations for children found on its premises and in need of immediate care and protection. The 2,000 sq feet shelter home would be able to accommodate around 25 children and provide nutrition, psycho-social and medical aid. As a pilot project homes will be set up in Delhi, Guwahati, Danapur, Samastipur and Ahmedabad.

Reliance Group chairman Anil Ambani on Tuesday said that the Reliance Communications will be completely exiting the telecom business and will focus on real estate in future. Solar panels over 10,000 ATMs to be installed by SBI in 2 yrs

State Bank of India (SBI) will be installing solar panels over around 10,000 ATMs across the country in the next two years to become carbon neutral. Currently, nearly 1,200 of the bank's ATMs are running on solar power. It has installed rooftop solar panel on 150 of its building. The bank is also planning to replace all its vehicles with electric vehicles by 2030.
