Xiaomi Redmi 6 and Redmi 6A smartphones were unveiled in China on June 12. A fresh report suggests that the Redmi 6 could be launched in India in the first half of September. The Sensex today ended at 36,841, down 279.62 points. Nifty ended at 11,143, down 91.25 points. 596 shares advanced, against a decline of 2,071 shares, while 155 shares were unchanged. Shares of DHFL ended 45% lower, while top losers include Yes Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Indiabulls Housing Finance, while the gainers include ONGC, Wipro, Bharti Infratel and BPCL.
