China has opened the World's Tallest Bridge in its southwestern province of Guizhou. The new 2,890-meter-long Huajiang Grand Canyon Bridge crosses over the river Beipan. The Huajiang Grand Canyon Bridge connects the city of Liupanshui with Guiyang, the provincial capital of Guizhou, drastically shortening travel time across the rugged terrain of the canyon dubbed the "earth's crack".Image Source: @XHNews on XThe new world's tallest bridge rises 625 metres above the canyon floor, and its main suspension span measures 1,420 metres long.
