Having cold feet is a common symptom caused due to many health and lifestyle factors such as cold temperature and anxiety. Cold feet are not only characterised by the coldness in the feet but followed by other symptoms such as numbness, change of skin colour, fever, tingling or needle-like sensation, joint pain, erectile dysfunction, slow healing wounds, muscle weakness, pain and sores on the toes and fingers.
Postpartum mood swings or the "baby blues" do not last long for many women. In addition to feeling happy or sad, they may also cause a woman to cry without reason, be impatient, irritable, restless, anxious or lonely after giving birth. These feelings may only last for a short period of time after delivery or may last for several weeks.
