ARAI Now Has Full Euro NCAP 2026 Sled Test Capability

The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) has successfully completed its first far-side sled test under the Euro NCAP 2026 protocol. With this milestone, ARAI has established full capability across the complete suite of NCAP sled tests, covering Knee Mapping, VTC, Whiplash and Far-Side evaluations. The achievement supports the Government of India's 'Design and Validate in India' initiative, enabling global-standard safety validation within the country and reducing dependence on overseas testing facilities.
