Bengaluru Gets Live Traffic Signal Countdown On Mappls

Bengaluru has become the first city in India to feature live traffic signal countdowns within the Mappls navigation app. The new functionality is a result of collaboration between MapmyIndia, the Bengaluru Traffic Police, and Arcadis India.The feature brings real-time traffic signal timings directly to the Mapls app on smartphone screens. As drivers approach a junction, the Mappls app mirrors the actual signal timer, displaying the same countdown above the moving vehicle icon in the Mappls interface.
