Maruti Suzuki August 2025 Sales Report

India's leading carmaker, Maruti Suzuki, reported total sales of 1,80,683 vehicles in August 2025. Maruti Suzuki's sales last month were slightly lower than 1,81,782 units sold in August 2024. The year-on-year drop stood at 0.6 per cent, while month-on-month volumes also slipped against July 2025's 1,93,499 units.Domestic passenger vehicle sales fell to 1,31,278 units compared to 1,43,075 units in August 2024, reflecting an 8.2 per cent decline. The slowdown was spread across mini, utility, and van segments, even as compact models managed to maintain positive ground.
