River Indie Gets 8-Year Battery & Motor Warranty

River, the Bengaluru-based EV maker, has launched an extended warranty for its Indie electric scooter, effective 1 October 2025. The new plan offers eight years or 80,000 kilometres of coverage specifically for the battery pack and the drive motor components for buyers.Customers interested in the extended warranty for the Indie can enquire at River's company-owned stores and authorised dealers; purchase terms, activation procedures, and claim processes will be handled through River's service network and official channels.
