Petroleum giant Shell has announced the development of a next-generation thermal fluid designed to improve the safety and efficiency of electric vehicle charging. The innovation, revealed through Shell's lubricants and specialty fluids division, is aimed at enabling ultra-fast charging by directly cooling EV battery packs.
