Tata Motors Demerger: Sets New Leadership Structure

Tata Motors has announced key leadership appointments as part of its ongoing demerger process, which will see its commercial vehicle (CV) and passenger vehicle (PV) businesses operate as two separate entities. The Mumbai-based automotive major confirmed that Girish Wagh and Shailesh Chandra will lead the newly formed divisions, ensuring a smooth transition and continued growth across both arms of the company.
