Volkswagen Discontinues Taigun & Virtus 1.5L TSI Manual

Volkswagen India has discontinued the manual gearbox option for the Volkswagen Taigun and Volkswagen Virtus 1.5L TSI powertrains. This move comes as a big shock for enthusiasts who love the high-revving nature and engaging manual gearshifts offered by the larger engine. However, the regular 1.0L TSI engine will continue to offer the 6-speed manual gearbox.
