Tata and Maruti, two giants in the Indian automobile industry, have recently updated their popular models, the Altroz and the Baleno, respectively, with new automated manual transmission (AMT) options. This marks a significant update for both models, as it's the first time an AMT has been introduced in the Altroz lineup by Tata, and similarly, Maruti had introduced an AMT in the Baleno by replacing the CVT unit that was present in the previous versions.
